Have you heard it said; “The battle is between your MIND and your MANTLE?”

Coming out of Covid-19 pandemic and dealing with the pressures all around us. There are so many of us struggling with mental health issues. Depression, suicide, gambling, addictions, have become so common and popular as if it is a trend – I am sure everyone knows someone who have thought about, or tempted, or actually taken their lives. But the overriding question is; what is the proper response when you just feel no hope?

The new season of Man-Up, could not come at a better time – we take a keen look at Men’s Mental Health.

“The LORD is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.” Psalm 34:18

Recorded before a live audience and hosted by James Okumu, the new season of MAN-UP has a line-up of engaging episodes of interviews from a wide variety of guests, and stories of men who are overcoming addictions.

We are shining the light on the darkest corners of our lives with an aim of getting true help and healing, as we explore the calling and the purpose of God in a man’s life.
