One Kenya Alliance (OKA) sign a cooperation agreement between the affiliate parties

OKA Principals representing affiliate parties including Wiper Democratic Movement led by Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka, Martha Karua of Narc Kenya, KANU’s Gideon Moi, and UDP of Cyrus Jirongo, has today (Friday) signed a coalition agreement binding six political parties under the joint outfit – One Kenya Alliance (OKA) ahead of the upcoming August elections.

”Having signed a coalition agreement today as OKA, we have closed one chapter of our journey and opened another one; our priority is to change and transform the lives of the people of Kenya and that is what brought us together.” Gideon Moi said.

Others who signed the document include Irungu Nyakera of the Famers Party and David Ochieng of the Movement for Democracy and Growth.

On her part the Party Leader of Narc Kenya Martha Karua said, ”The Murky waters of coalitions in Kenya come in the lack of transparency in that you’re laughing with somebody while signing a coalition, but meanwhile, they have a dagger to your back; OKA’s rallying core is about enhancing the unity of Kenyans.”

OKA principals have committed their allegiance to the Alliance even as it emerged that disgruntlement is brewing over the Azimio-OKA deal due to mistrust.
