20% of Kenyans are still undecided on who to vote for as their preferred Presidential candidate with the running mate factor being a key issue. This is according to the recent Trend and Insights Africa (TIFA) polls released on Thursday.

Up to now , Deputy President William Ruto and ODM party leader Raila Odinga are yet to name their running mates, amid fears of possible fall-out in the new parties or coalitions they are building for the August polls. The TIFA poll which was conducted between the 3rd and 9th of February among 1,541 respondents, shows that Ruto is the most preferred Presidential candidate with 38%, as Raila Odinga trails Ruto at 27%.
