“For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” James 2:26

A lot of the time, when in need, we tend to only focus on the need. We need to remember that what we need is not as important as what will get you that need, and what is this that we need in order to see our prayers answered? It is faith.

Now, it isn’t enough to just believe, we must also seek God’s face on what actions to take in order to arrive at the place we are meant to be. We desire so many things, but if there is one thing that we must ultimately desire is faith, and not just that, but faith that acts.

Will you act today? Will you take the plunge and trust God to give you all you need as you take a step of faith into the future that He has for you. When we pray in faith, we are praying to take action, because faith without action is dead. Action to dig deep in God’s word, action to fellowship more with like-minded people and be divinely connected, action into simply starting that dream in your heart.

Let us pray:

LORD I pray for strong faith. I need an active faith. Please do not allow me to grow faint, but be my strength in my walk with you. In Jesus name, fill me with your spirit that I may see things through your eyes.

LORD grant me a faith that acts.
