Nairobi: Orphan Hit by Motorbike that Caused Spine Fracture Appeals for Help to Settle KSh 900k Bill

The family of a resident from Embakasi, Nairobi county, is seeking help from Kenyans to settle a KSh 900,000 medical bill that their kin has accumulated within two months at a city hospital.

James Ongeri Theiga, 26, was knocked down by a motorbike on December 2, 2021, according to his uncle Jeremiah Ongeri.

“The hospital bill is over KSh 900,000. He is an orphan, had only a mother who died five years ago. James was involved in a motorcycle accident which led to a spine cord fracture. Please we are asking for assistance. We are his relatives trying to support him,” Jeremiah pleaded. Jeremiah revealed the patient was first rushed to Mama Lucy Hospital when the accident that almost cost his life occurred.
