Kajiado Central MP Elijah Kanchory Memusi‘s wife, Mrs Stella Memusi, has died in a road accident this morning along the Nairobi-Namanga road. Kajiado police commander Muthuri Mwongera says the vehicle that was carrying her rammed into a lorry killing her on the spot.

The driver was also injured and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

This incidence comes barely a day after the Rabai MP William Kamoti died on Sunday night when his vehicle was involved in a road accident in Mnarani, Kilifi on the Mombasa-Malindi highway. Kamoti who was buried on Monday is said to have been returning home after clearance by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) when the accident occurred.

His driver sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Kilifi County Hospital.
