It is yet another sad story derived from one of Kenya’s boarding schools, Gatanga CCM Secondary School. Where the late student Ebbie was allegedly murdered. It is alleged that the school principal whilst supposedly disciplining Ebbie, hit her on the head with an unconfirmed blunt object. According to the hospital that Ebbie was rushed to on the fateful morning that she was found, was confirmed dead at arrival in the hospital. The hospital confirmed that the body had been dead for some time before she arrived at the hospital.

The hashtag #JusticeforEbbie has been trending on Twitter and today a walk to the president’s office has been organized in support of Ebbie’s mother, Martha who is walking up to the office of the president with a letter appealing for justice to be served for her late daughter.

3 years on, the action seems to be ongoing for the case of Ebbie’s death. Indeed an ongoing mystery, we can only hope for this sad case to be resolved accordingly.
