Do we need to strengthen our government institutions in Kenya? In a poll conducted by FamilyNews.Today, 92% voted yes. While 8% voted No. With one of the respondents stating;
“Institutions don’t have a problem. People do. Guns don’t kill people. People kill people. People kill democracies. I would rather have good leaders with a bad constitution/ institution than good constitution/institution with bad leaders,” Richard Esilaba.
