Suppose you won 10 million dollars, who would be the first person you would tell? Who are the people who would directly benefit from your win, whose lives would change because you had found something beneficial? I am sure you are thinking of your family and some people you consider your good friends.

Now that you have found Christ, the best thing ever, who has benefitted from this good thing that you have found? Who was the first person you told when you got born again? When Andrew met Jesus, his first inclination was to tell his brother. There was no way he was going to keep this to himself, he had to share this good news because he cared for his brother and he wanted to see a change for the better in his life.

If you had access to endless riches, how many lives would you change? Would you pass by people in need and ignore them, knowing full well that you have the capacity to change their lives forever? How many strangers would you help?

If the gospel is indeed good news that will change lives for eternity, why is it that we are shy to share it, why are we selfish with the good news? Why is this good news not the subject on our lips in every other conversation we engage in?

Think about the people you interact with daily. Ask yourself, what do they know about you? Do they know that you are born again? If not, why not? Can they see Christ in you?

Being a carrier of the Good News, what good has that brought into their life, or have you withheld the best thing that could happen to them? Why would you do that?
