This week on our movie review, we look at “The Case for Christ.” The movie is based on a true story of an award-winning investigative journalist and avowed atheist. After getting a very special recognition for his work, Lee and his family go out for a celebratory dinner, while at dinner their daughter chokes on a piece of candy. One of the patrons, a nurse named Alfie, intervenes and saves Alison. She credits the event to Gods will which Leslie takes to heart. Leslie builds a close friendship with the nurse who introduces her to the Christian faith. Irritated by his wife’s new faith Lee, applies his well-honed journalistic and legal skills to disprove the newfound Christian faith of his wife.
