Pastor Chuck Smith is home with the Lord. Yet, the work that the Holy Spirit started with him did not end; his Bible study program continues to bless many of our listeners as we broadcast the in-depth verse by verse, from Genesis to Revelation, Through The Bible Radio program.

The Family Media Bible study with Pastor Chuck Smith is now airing every weekday at 10 pm on Family Radio 316.

Monday to Friday nights, God is graciously using Pastor Chuck to reach a generation of old and young people with Bible teachings bringing them to Jesus Christ. 

Pastor Smith was a keen student of Bible prophecy and Scripture. In 1965 he began his ministry at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. What began as a small chapel with only 25 people in attendance grew into a church that seats over 2000. He placed his emphasis on the teaching of the Word of God.  

Pastor Chuck went home to be with the Lord on October 3, 2013.
